MISSION

Ann Brosseau & Associates offers bilingual consulting services in the area of Human Resource Management and Development. We assist our corporate clients by developing human resource management processes and tools, as well as implementing initiatives and programs that foster the development of key talents and competencies required to attain organizational objectives. 

 

Science-based, creative and practical, ours solutions are effective, efficient and ethical. They are also entirely tailored to the organizational realities of our clients.

 

Ann Brosseau & Associates also assists educational institutions by reviewing educational programs and developing competency-based evaluation tools for prior learning assessment and recognition (PLAR) and for the selection of personnel.

ANN BROSSEAU

Ann Brosseau has more than 25 years experience in the areas of counselling, coaching, training and education, and 17 years experience in the design and implementation of programs, systems, strategies and interventions in human resource management, including learning and development, recruitment and selection, competency-based management, HR and succession planning.

 

Ann has Specialized Bachelor’s degree in Applied Social Science, a Master’s degree in Adult Education and a professional diploma in counselling. Ann also completed interdisciplinary doctoral studies in organizational psychology, sociology and human resource management.

 

Ann and has been teaching organizational psychology, human resource management and leadership since 2003 (McGill University and Université du Québec en Outaouais).

 

In 2014, she published Beyond Common Sense and Intuition: A Practical Guide to Innovative Recruitment and Selection.

Certified to administer the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) – Steps 1 and 2 – and the Benchmarks® leadership competency assessment tool, Ann Brosseau’s services are also recognized by the Commission des partenaires du marché du travail as applicable towards the « 1% Law » (« Competency Law » - Loi favorisant le développement et la reconnaissance des compétences de la main-d'œuvre).
