As a strategy to integrate all aspects of human resource management, we recommend the implementation of a competency-based management system. The goal of a competency-based performance management system is to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of all HR functions.
As a first step, we design competency profiles for each job group/family through consultations.
Once competency profiles are in place, we can help the organization realign all existing human resource processes and programs to those competencies and/or create new ones with the use of established competencies. This applies to staffing, performance management, learning and development, training, recognition and rewards, leadership development, etc. We do this in collaboration with various HR professionals in the organization and are happy to help them do it themselves, through coaching.
We can also offer training on competency-based human resource management to HR professionals and managers.
