In the area of succession planning and HR planning, we take a scientific approach that leads to evidence-based recommendations.
With the use of the HR Risk Assessment Tool that we have designed, we collect information on departure probability and impact for each person in the organization, by interviewing managers at all (or most) levels.
Based on the quantitative and qualitative data gathered, we are able to:
Identify which positions represent a high, moderate or low level risk to identify priorities;
Identify the solutions that will help the organization mitigate risk – to ensure that the right people are at the right place, at the right time, with the right competencies to help the organization succeed in the future.
We assist our clients in developing a strategic succession plan that can include leadership development programs, recruitment and selection initiatives, and programs or changes that aim to address critical needs, including organizational changes required to optimise the use of existing talent.
